1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Contito, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

If you disagree with any part of the terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the service.

2. Use License

You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable limited license to use Contito's application to build websites for personal, commercial and non-commercial purposes.

Under this license you may:

• Create and host a website for your commercial or non-commercial project
• Create and host a website for your clients' commercial or non-commercial projects
• Provide your own custom domain name for you or your clients' websites
• Provide your own images, contents and other assets for your websites

You may not:

• Create and/or host the following type of websites:
• Adult content
• Hate speech
• Violence
• Illegal content
• Infringement of intellectual property rights
• Phishing websites or those that contain malicious code
• Resell or redistribute any parts of any components and templates
• Manually or programmatically download generated code (HTML, CSS and JS) produced by Contito for personal, educative, commercial and non-commercial use
• Use abusive or obscene words for website subdomains and custom domains
• Inject malware or JS-mining software in a built website
• Upload forbidden documents, images or any other files forbidden by the laws
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations through custom code (For example, you cannot remove the Contito badge with custom code)
• Make any editions or modifications to the application code

3. Monthly Subscription Plan

Contito charges based on each published website in your account

• A published website requires a paid subscription plan to remain active and accessible to the public internet
• A plan is billed and renewed automatically every month after the date of purchase
• You can cancel your subscription plan anytime in the website's plan settings page
• If we fail to renew your subscription plan, we will unpublish your website without prior notice

4. Payments and Billing

We use Polar to process orders and payments. Polar is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

• Payments are processed securely through Polar
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees

5. Account and Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to your websites or account at any time if you:

• Violate the license terms
• Engage in abusive or harmful behavior
• Fail to pay applicable fees

We will not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the service.

6. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Refund Policy

We will issue a refund if there is a technical problem with the product and we can't help you to resolve the problem. However, all purchases are non-refundable.

8. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your website's plan settings page. The cancellation will be effective immediately, but your plan will not expire until the end of the current billing cycle.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

In no event shall Contito or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Contito's website, even if Contito or a Contito authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

10. Changes To Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the Contito's website.
